Final Interview: The final interview of selected workers will be conducted within 10 days of receiving the original documents (Demand Letter, Power of Attorney, Guarantee Letter, Employment Contract, and Service Agreement between the company and our agency).

Deployment Arrangement: Deployment will be arranged within 10 days of receiving the visa copy unless visa endorsement is required, which will take at least 45 days.

Worker Replacement: If a worker is found unqualified within 90 days of starting the job, a replacement will be provided.

Worker Facilities: As per Nepalese government directives, the employing company must offer the following facilities in a written contract:
- Basic Salary
- Food
- Transportation
- Medical/Health Insurance
- Joining and Returning Air Ticket
- Leave per year and upon completion of the first contract
- Visa, Medical Test, and other Local Costs
- Overtime (O.T.) allowance
