Required Documents

To facilitate the recruitment process, employers must provide the following documents, duly attested by the relevant authorities. Please note that requirements may vary by country and depend on whether the embassy of the importing country has a diplomatic mission in Nepal:

  1. Demand Letter: Addressed to Great Nepal HR Pvt. Ltd., detailing the number of workers, job nature, salary, duty hours, benefits (food, accommodation, overtime, transport, insurance), and residence permit. Must be attested by the Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

  2. Power of Attorney: Legal confirmation authorizing Great Nepal HR Pvt. Ltd. to act on behalf of the employer for manpower selection and visa formalities. Issued by the employer and addressed to the consulate general of the respective embassy.

  3. Consular Letter: Issued by the employer to the Consulate General, appointing Great Nepal HR Pvt. Ltd. as their authorized agent for visa formalities. Commonly required for Saudi Arabia recruitment.

  4. Employment Contract: A detailed agreement between the employer and employee, outlining all terms and conditions. Must be signed and stamped by the sponsor.

  5. Guarantee Letter: Ensures that workers will not be transferred to another country without approval from Nepalese government authorities.

  6. Inter-Party Agreement: A service agreement between the employer and Great Nepal HR Pvt. Ltd. detailing the terms of manpower mobilization as per the demand letter.
