- 2. Manpower Pooling: Upon receiving your manpower request, we begin pooling contract workers through:

- Recommended Personnel
- 3. Selection of Contract Workers: Selection can be executed through:
- Employer Selection: The employer or authorized representative conducts interviews and selects workers from our manpower reserve.
- Resumes Transmittal: We send resumes of pre-qualified candidates, and the employer communicates their selection via phone, fax, or email.
- Agency Selection: The employer authorizes our agency to select and guarantee qualified workers.
- 4. Full Documentation Assistance: We assist selected candidates in securing required travel documents, including:
- Trade Test
- Authenticated Credentials
- Passport
- Police Clearance
- Medical Certificate
- Overseas Employment Certificate
- Exit Pass This also includes a Pre-departure Orientation Seminar covering working conditions, customs, traditions, laws, and regulations of the destination country.
- 5. Periodic Progress Reports: We regularly update employers on the status of workers’ travel documents. Flight details are provided one day before departure to ensure employer assistance at the destination airport.
- 6. Repatriation: We guarantee the competence of selected workers. If a worker is repatriated within the three-month probationary period due to reasons beyond control, we appreciate feedback and will provide additional qualified candidates as requested.
